Cisco RV345 Lock LAN to one WAN

Recently installed the Cisco RV345 to take advantage of load balancing and WAN failover for our small business. An employee is having issues now with a bank, because of the dual WAN the IP sometimes changes during the session and the bank isn't allowing certain transactions because they require a persistent IP. Is there a way to lock a LAN port on the router to only use one particular WAN? I can't seem to find anything on the interface that would allow this function. Thanks for your help!

Not sure if your version of RV345 hve Policy based routing- check under networking --routing--Policybased routing available

then you can use based on the IP address rouce to send to different WAN.

is that works for you ?

Hello,

go to Step 5 in the Multi-Wan section of the admin guide (page 45) attached. There you can set the source/destination/outgoing interface...
