could anyone please get an answer for the following question.
Server : Cisco Unity server (v4.0)
To do : HP Insight Agent needs to be upgraded with ProLiant Support Pack for Microsoft Windows 2000, 7.51 A, which was released in May 2006
Known : HP SIM supported when in use with ILO on the same server as Unity server.
Question : Is HP Insight Agent installable on the server to monitor the hardware? If yes, is the latest version (i.e.mentioned in To Do above) supported ? and Are there any steps to be taken to install/upgrade the latest version on the Unity server? Could you also let me know if any impact to the services of Unity during the Installation/Upgrade?
