Hello
You will need a WAAS Central Manager device since Every WAAS network must have one primary WAAS Central Manager device that is responsible for managing the other WAAS devices in your network. This function can run on either Cisco Wide Area Virtualization Engine (WAVE) appliances or virtual central manager (vCM) virtual appliances.
