Could you paste the exact warning message from your logs?

Thank you for your interest.
That was the error message.
Environmental warning - 2.5 Reference and was measured at 2.56.
Upon research done:
The Cisco 7500 series routers have an internal printed board called the chassis interface (CI) that provides the environmental and power supply monitoring functions for the router.
The CI isolates the CPU and system software from chassis-specific variations, and is attached directly to the front (noninterface processor side) of the system backplane.
The specific error you had is a warning because of a voltage difference measured on the backplane.
From research done the problem has been seen before, and it is normally caused by a faulty Chassis Interface (CI) card or a faulty power supply unit.
Since this card is responsible for monitoring the environmental conditions I recommend to have the Chassis Interface card (MAS-7500CI=) replaced.
Haven't tested since a maintenance window needed to be scheduled.
Will post it if updated.
Regards.
