Could you please let me know the cli command line in XR which can show the list of bgp learned routes along with the community values beside.

I think you can use show bgp ipv4 unicast community <comm_value>. This will show the routes with the specified community value. But otherwise, i dont think there is any command that will show all the routes and the communities attached to it (unless you start looking at specific prefixes using show bgp ipv4 unicast <prefix/subnet>)
