When I opened the casing for 2811 Router, there's a DDR Ram inside with part number SM5723285D8D6CHSE0, when i checked through the Internet, the DDR ram spec is 184P-DDR-256MB-PC2100 ECC;
my question is : is there any way to check the DDR RAM size and spec via using command in hyperterminal, if YES, what are the commands?

If its not in production, one way is after you console into the router, do a "reload" command it will show you the router RAM on the 1st one or two lines of booting up.
eg.Copyright (c) 2002 by cisco Systems, Inc.
c3725 processor with 262144 Kbytes of main memory
Else you can use the "sh ver" command
Cheers!
