Hello,

the router comes with IP Base by default. You need to buy the Security (SEC) or IP Security (IPSEC) license for any sort of VPN. I don't see a way around that.

the vpn configuration was configured but when the securityk9 license expired the connections were lost with the other routers

if you do not have budget to buy license (you can try use any raspberry pi with VPN Server site to site both the site). - personal view to easy to fix your issue.
