Configuring a backup route/link from a 4G eHWIC card on 2900 router

Hi experts,

One of our router has an eHWIC card installed with an active cellular interface. This was designed to be the backup link whenever something goes wrong with our primary connection.

I wanted to know if this has been setup the way it should have set up but i have no idea where to start or look for. 

Would someone able to share the right commands to set it up or what command to show this configuration?
