Critical alarm in satellite 9000v

Hi, I have a 9000v (ASR-9000V-DC-E) satellite connected to an ASR9001 and the critical alarm in the 9000v in on, and I can't figure out why?

The satellite has to power sources, only the power source A (terminal A) is connected. Following the documentation it's not clear to me if it's mandatory to connect both terminals.

In https://supportforums.cisco.com/document/9868421/asr9000xr-using-satellite-technote says:

  1. Critical Error LED comes ON => Critical hardware failure; need to swap 9000v hardware (ouch!)

This is the output of the satellite status in the ASR9001:

RP/0/RSP0/CPU0:Router#show nv satellite status

Satellite 100

Redundancy: Active (Group: 1)

Hi, I found out what the issue was, I connected the other power source (terminal B) and the alarm gone away. Everything looks fine know.
