Hi All,
I am seeing debugging ssh enabled on my Cisco 4500 & 6500 switches. Though I have done u all, still after rebooting it gets started automatically.

Yes we did

I have seen a technique where someone would put debug commands into the startup config. This resulted in debug running immediately after booting without any manual entry of debug commands. I would suggest that you do a show startup and look carefully for any debug commands that might be in the startup config.
You might also want to look in the config file for any boot commands that specify booting with a config that is something different from the usual startup config.
