Hi,

Can someone give me some links to Dialer Interface info?

I have some issues with my Dialer 1, having lots of Total drops.

My internet connection is broadband (10 Mbps) using fiber,

interface Dialer1

description *** DIALER-1 GROUP-11 POOL-111 ***$FW_OUTSIDE$

ip address negotiated

no ip redirects

no ip unreachables

no ip proxy-arp

ip mtu 1492

ip flow ingress

ip nat outside

ip virtual-reassembly max-reassemblies 512

zone-member security ZONE-3

encapsulation ppp

ip tcp adjust-mss 1460

dialer pool 111

dialer idle-timeout 0

dialer persistent

dialer-group 11

ppp authentication chap pap callin

ppp chap hostname xxxx

Here's the output:

ISR2811#sh int dialer 1

Question:

1 - Why is there 3 Virtual Access?

2- Virtual Access 3 is bound to dialer 1, what about VA2 and VA1?

Thanks again.

Still no luck.

Trying to think how to reset everything from scratch.

Under dialer inteface configure, "WGR1(config-if)#hold-queue 1024 out" and then check if you see any improvements.

Hi,

That didn't work at all.

So been playing with different version of IOS.

Apparently, it router had some "Out-Of-Order Segment with ip ident 0"

And i read what others mentioning that 12.4T does support OOOS.

After trying few 15.x version, i had to settle for this

c2800nm-advsecurityk9-mz.150-1.M10.bin which seems to have solved the issue.

None of the 12.4X IOS worked.
