Does the Cisco 5100 series support IPSEC IKEv1 connections to a /31

Does the Cisco 5100 series support IPSEC IKEv1 connections to a /31 subnet?

I have a connection between two sites and I've moved a Sophos UTM from a /29  to a /31 subnet address and I can't get the tunnel to come up.
