Hi,
I am facing an issue with eigrp,
we have entire network enabled with eigrp, problem is
packet starting from source A reaches destination router B.
but in the reverse case it doesn't happen,
from router B, packet doesnt take the same path to reach switch A.
Does the media type make any difference in route selection.
what could be the cause as the bandwidth is also STM.

Its not the media type but the bandwidth setting on the interface.
Anyway, it sounds like your routing is broken as a result of a misconfiguration. It's called asymmetric routing, which may or may not pose a problem for you. GIven your complain, I imagine it does matter to you.
Examine the routing table at router B. It should have a route to the source network on switch A that points in that direction. Examine the routing tables one hop at a time.

Pls post the routing table outputs/eigrp neighbor tables for the same!
