I am adding a second Cisco 3925 with 15.2(4)M5 as a spoke to already existing DMVPN Hub Cisco 3925 with IOS 15.1(4)M4. I have a spoke already running fine which is a Cisco 3845 with 12.4 25e.
NHRP works fine but EIGRP is not coming up. EIGRP does not activate under the Tunnel12 interface. I can ping the tunnel ip addresses both ways.
Please see attached configs. Any ideas?
Thanks,
PJ

If you can afford a small downtime,
Turn on eigrp debug and see if you can see the hello packets from the spoke or not..
If your network isn't critical you can try following (Do on your own risk. Author of this post is not liable to any of the damage/downtime being caused to your network in result of following procedure.)
Do 'shut' wait for a few seconds and 'no shut' on tunnel interface of hub. If possible both hub/spoke.
Thanks

Your eigrp networks do not share an address space. Change the network to 10.0.0.0 0.0.0.255 on both routers, add no auto summary to both.

ip nhrp map multicast command is missing on the spoke.
