Network has been stable for years
Two routers using HSRP routing on a stick connected to a switch
Many subinterfaces but all of the sudden some EIGRP vlans are flapping. Looking at "show ip eigrp neighbors" the SRTT times are way different. Is that normal? see attached network diagram and output from both routers "show ip eigrp neighbors"
When EIGRP flaps I get a PEER-TERMINATION

for me that normal,
if multi EIGRP establish between two same Peer you will face this issue.
solution is
there are many SVI make all as passive except one.
that it.

Hello @Wan_Whisperer ,
verify the activity of spanning-tree on the affected VLANs in order to make the EIGRP to flap probably STP can have had recalculations.
This has to be done on the LAN switch(es)
the SRTT and RTO are likely different for those VLANs that have flapped if the reason is another : they are not able to ack the last updates in a timely manner.
So the suggestion to passive most of these subinterfaces is a wise one.
Hope to help
