EIGRP vs MPPP in 2 T1 connection between routers

I am installing a second T1 connection between 2 of my routers. What is the best method to balance traffic between them? Which method gives the least slowness as the router stops using the failed path? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

In the redundent link scenario, EIGRP converges well then the Multi-link PPP. I have seen in pratical life that MPPP takes around 50-60 seconds to transfer the traffic completly to second link in case of any failure. Rest it depends on your need.
