My network was connected with Gi0/1 and Gi0/2 with Ip address of WAN and LAN IP respectively.
WAN IP: 172.X.X.X and LAN IP:192.X.X.X
i am enabling EIGRP with 200
commands in global configuration mode
eigrp 200
network 172.x.x.x
network 192.x.x.x
or
specific interface mode
on Gi0/1
eigrp 200(enabling eigrp 200 on Gi0/1)
and gi0/2
eigrp 200(enabling eigrp 200 on Gi0/2)
Both congiration are right..

Both configs are correct, but if your device support the interface command, I would do that as that is more specific and only advertises these 2 interfaces IPs

My question is i am going to terminate one more link of gi1/0/1. The Scenorio is i need to unequal bandwidth load balancing..
Can i i use variance 2 command under eigrp 200 to achieve it..
or any other commands need to be added. to achieve the same..

Dinesh,
Variance is the only command which you use to do the unequal cost load balancing.
Second regarding your question not sure which device you are using were you are thinking of configuring the eigrp on the interface level(Nexus?)
Anyways go ahead with the first option that enalbing it globally but as said by Reza both config are good if device supports it.
Very good explanation on this;
