Hi guys,
I am running a new configuration on a new 1100 series router. When i tried to save the configuration i get this error message

- 1) Which command did you use to save the configuration ? 2) What is the output of dir bootflash: ? 3) Are you logged on as 'full administrator' ?

- That's an incorrect command , try : copy running-config startup-config

- How do you get logged-on then , without password ?

Does that mean that the issue has been resolved ?

- I am not sure if the issues is related to the console type(s) , I would advise therefore to setup a minimal networking (config) on the 1100 so that you can access it from ssh or telnet too. Check if you can then go to enable mode and save the config. If the error persists then post the running configuration which you tried.
