Fastehternet port in Router

HI,

I am suffering a great trouble which is exceeded the tolerance limit.

I have some remote router. One of them is 2621XM. The local users could not get the rotuer through it fastethernet port twice or thrice a day.At that time they used to restart the router physically and found no result.As a result, once the router got crashed. Then I took the router and put another IOS in it . The problem is still exists . I replaced a supporting router and that router was working without any trouble. Pls find the attached file for tech-support and test hardware report of the router.

Pls help me out.

Hi Bikash,

I see a lot of input & CRC errors on the Fastethernet 0/0 interface.

Try clearing the counters and see whether you still getting errors which could be mainly because of Speed & duplex mismatch.

Try changing these settings till you are free of errors
