I have a ISR4331 router with Boost license of 300mbps..
i have Router on a stick/inter vlan routing on the router. below are my interfaces..
GigabitEthernet0/0/0
Gi0/0/0.3
Gi0/0/0.4
Gi0/0/0.5
GigabitEthernet0/0/1
Gi0/0/1.555
Gi0/0/1.666
Gi0/0/1.777
GigabitEthernet0/0/2
Gi0/0/2.555
Gi0/0/2.666
Gi0/0/2.777
the router doesnot appears to send more than 31Mbps (on 5mins average) per sub interface and i see BFD packetloss and output drops on the interface when the interface load reaches close to 31 or 32Mbps.. is this expected? is the License of 300Mbps is equally divided on all 9 sub-interfaces? 300/9 = 33.33Mbps per interface?

300 Mbps is the total aggregate bandwidth of the entire chassis and it is eat-all-you-can-until-exhausted.
