4095 is the sum of pvcs, incoming svc, two-way svc, outgoing svc. You can split this total as you like better as long the other side is aware of the ranges.

X.25 can support up to 4095 VCs. The range must be agreed with the service provider.

Thanks but what about SVC's..the config doesn't seem to indicate any limit on the number of incoming/outgoing SVC calls that can be made so can I assume that I have a mx of 4095. The interface on this router is directly connected to a 3rd party over a leased line with X25 encapsulation on the interface. This is not part of the public X25 network.
