We have a cisco 2811 running 12.4(23b) IOS version. We have recently added a T1 to created a bonded T1 (3MB serial link) and I'm trying to add an additional WIC to our router. The WIC is identified as follows from the sh diag:
WIC Slot 2:
FT1 BT8360
WIC module not supported/disabled in this slot
Hardware revision 1.5 Board revision G0
Serial number 29689272 Part number 800-03279-04
FRU Part Number WIC-1DSU-T1=
Test history 0x0 RMA number 00-00-00
Connector type Wan Module
EEPROM format version 2
EEPROM contents (hex):
0x20: 02 11 01 05 01 C5 05 B8 50 0C CF 04 00 00 00 00
0x30: 80 00 00 00 03 01 11 01 FF FF FF FF FF FF FF FF
What this says to me is that it's recognized, but the port needs to be enabled. I've searched high and low and have been unsuccessful at finding how to do this.
Thanks,
Chris

Christopher,
I'm sorry to tell you, but the older WIC-1DSU-T1 card is not supported in the 2811. You'll need to get the WIC-1DSU-T1-V2 card.
A full list of WICs and modules for the 2800 series routers is available at:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/ps5854/products_relevant_interfaces_and_modules.html#multiflex
Also, about halfway down the following page, you can see a list of unsupported WICs in the 2800 series. (search on page for 'Unsupported')
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/prod/collateral/routers/ps5854/prod_qas0900aecd80169bd6.html
I hope this helps clear the confusion.
