How to bring VOIP system's connection to remote site over WAN?

Dear Community Experts,

As I am new to networking, seeking your valuable advice to clarify some doubts in networking. The scenario, current setup that we have in our local site 3 VOIP communication systems, and the requirement was I have to move one of the systems to a remote location.

I have drafted a network diagram(pls correct if I am wrong), and recommend the router model that suits the purpose and the routing protocol.

Much appreciated for the router's sample configuration.

What is the WAN speed?
What is the budget (financial)?

I believe the WAN speed would be 10mbps since the system required around 6mbps.

I am not sure about the budget details, it might be the cheapest one, please.
