How to create a local ntp server.

My network does not have an internet connection and need to configure the Core switch as an ntp server.

My core switch is Catalyst 9k. How can I create catalyst 9k as ntp server. need all other switches to sync with this.

below steps to configure NTP Server

1. Setup ip name server x.x.x.x

2. setup local time

3. get update from ntp server from public

  ntp server pool.ntp.org

4. ntp master

5. configured your client switches to point to Cat 9500

you can also configure what source interface  / ACL to allow them inside other addon features.

I cannot find any NTP related commands in even the lates Gibraltar 16.12 release for the Catalyst 9K. Very well possible that this platform doesn't support NTP at all...
