how to install software firewall and IDS in router1841

i have cisco 1841 Router and softwares cd's of firewall and IDS (1841 router support for these software firewall and IDS).

i want to install firewall and IDS into this router but i don't no the procedure to install these through the laptop.please send me in details the steps for installtion and the requirement(like TFTP server software..........)
