Hi.
I want to monitor my 7200's CPU packets per second rate.
Any command i can run to show this?
Or any MIB so I can poll this?
7200 NPE-G1 can handle 1mpps.
And i want to verify the actual rate.
thanks

Does your IOS show interface stats contain?:
5 minute input rate 4000 bits/sec, 6 packets/sec
5 minute output rate 3000 bits/sec, 3 packets/sec
Sum all interface input or all interface output, don't sum both, for aggregate PPS.
With "usual" mixed packets sizes, rate may exceed 1 Mpps.
