How to reach cisco support on ticket I have raised. I followed below link to call them but no luck.

Hi,
you should have a valid cisco contract for the device your are going to relate with TAC support. these numbers are working and if you have valid contract they will assign you to new ticket. also you can try web portal for opening TAC ticket.

Most likely, and highly probable, the organization does not have a Service Contract to raise TAC Cases directly with Cisco and needs to go through a vendor.
