I have a question about TRACK CONFIG.

Hello, I saw track object while looking at VRRP CONFIG. This is because through track config, when the line directly connected to the equipment to which the configuration is applied dies, the priority decreases by the value set, so that the stand by state equipment becomes active. I study to know more about this, but I don't fully understand the meaning of each configuration how track config works. I would appreciate it if you could explain it according to the picture below and answer my questions additionally.

Q1. What does the type route reachability at the bottom of track IBC1 mean, and if there are any other types, please let me know.
Q2. I wonder if vrf LTE_VRF is required in the corresponding configuration.
