inherent warrenty for 3560?

I have a 3560 that appears to have a hardware fault, and no service contract.  Do 3560s come with any inherent warrenty or am I out of luck?

Thanks.  Does this change if the switch is Cisco Certified refurb?

Not sure. Why don't you ring TAC? They will tell you if you qualify or not.
