Hi Experts,
We are planning to migrate our existing WAN to an L3 MPLS cloud.
We currently have 2 PBX's connected via dedicated links. These PBX's are pure TDM based.
Can we connect these to Cisco routers using the T1 voice card(part#VWIC2-1MFT-T1/E1) and route the trafic over the MPLS cloud. Also how do we tell the Cisco router at site A that it needs to send the PBX traffic to the router at Site B.
Would appreciate if someone can provide some guidance.
Regards,
Imran.

Yes. You also need the PVDM2 DSP module, like a -32 size. Then you need to get familiar with the voice configuration or hire someone that is.

Hi,
Thanks for your reply.
Can you provide some more inputs on this.
Would I need this PVDM2 DSP card in addition to the T1 module. And will this be supported by Cisco 2810 routers.
Also can you provide some useful links which contain configuration guides.
Thanks.

The DSP are necessary for voip.
You can enter "pbx trunking" and get many results from the search box.
