I have a customer who is trying to setup an ISR4331/K9 with the 4G adaptor using an EE Sim.
This is for a 'Try & Buy' before rolling out to the rest of the organisation.
They cannot get it working correctly and below is the problem as raised to me.
Problem:
They are unable to connect to the internet using the 4G adapter. The status is that the profile assigned to the Cellular adapter doesn’t go into the ACTIVE state:
ABOTestRtr#show cellular 0/1/0 profile
Profile password Encryption level: 7
Profile 1 = INACTIVE
--------
PDP Type = IPv4
Access Point Name (APN) = everywhere
Authentication = PAP
Username: eesecure
Password: 06150A22595C0C
They have tried removing the username and password but nothing changes.
They have confirmed the SIM card is working in a phone using these above APN settings.
They haven’t configured a 4G connection on an ISR 4000 before, but the configuration was initially copied from an ISR G2 which was working.
I have attached the output from the 'Show Tech'.
Many Thanks
Simon (Senior Pre-Sales)
