Looks to be hardware issue.
Have you tried replacing the module?

replace the WS-X6548-GE-TX module? I inserted it on last Wednesday, the case is also occurred. Then I applied for a RMA. Yesterday, I have already used the new one. but it still so.

Could yoiu please open a TAC case as there are few things which we would like to check?

I opened the case last week. TAC suggested that replace the module. In fact , it is not useful.
Now I used a new chassis, but I don't know, When the module is inserted, what's happen.
I will open a case again to solve it.
Thank you.

Ghostmiki,
The above messages indicate to us that the packets are getting corruption the
Result-Bus(RBus) and there are multiple causes for this, which are all hardware level
issue:
-the module is not seated properly or its connectors have failed.
-the backplane on its slot has been damaged.
-the supervisor or damaged backplane on its slot.

Inayath,
I find a doc said the RSP720-3CXL-GE supervisor cannot support this module.
Is this right?
