IOS for 2811

Using the IOS software checker against IOS 12.4(24)T8, I am told that there is a bug fix in image 12.4(24)T11

When I check the download section for the 2811. The highest available IOS in that train is 12.4(24)T8. I realize we should just go to 15.1 but there are reasons why the customer does not want to leave the 12.4 train

Does that mean that 12.4(24)T11 got removed and is not available?

Based on the release-notes, there should be even an 12.4(24)T12. but I also can't see any newer 12.4 release then 12.4(24)T8 ...

Ver 12.4(24)T11 and 12.4(24)T12 is available but it is not listed on the portal. Contact TAC and they will send out a link that has the download available. They did not give a reason for it not being available on the portal directly.
