Is this NAT configuration avaiable in ASR 9001

We have ASK 9001 Is this NAT configuration available if not what is the alternate configuration? 

we are trying to setup a PPPOE configuration in ASR9001 and configured DHCP pool, BBA . how to add nat inside and outside configuration for the authentication.
