ISDN dialout problem

Hi,

One of my customer is doing dial out to my Router over the isdn (BRI) and call gets established successfully and I can see the active call in my Router.We can't ping each other's Router, but we can see each other's Router at Layer-2 level(sh cdp neighbor detail ), but layer-3 connectivity does not happen.

Any thoughts ...

Can you post the configs of both the routers and also the output of show ip route when the isdn line is connected ??
