I have an ISDN line as a backup on our router. When I wanted to test it, I saw "call rejected" message:

Send "show diag" and "show conf".

Alls seems good, you may need to bring this to the TAC.

I found it. I removed the 'dialer remote-name" and it worked. I think it was an authentication issue because both PPP chap hostname and dialer remote-name were set under the dialer interface
