ISR 4431: boot proces. What does "bytes of memory" in processor line mean?

Hello,

I'm studying about boot process and I have two questions:

1) What do these numbers 1795999K/6147K mean  in boot process of a ISR 4431 (Packet Tracer simulator)?

cisco ISR4331/K9 (1RU) processor with 1795999K/6147K bytes of memory.

According to my calculations, dividing by 1024, 1795999 ~= 1,7GB &and 6147K ~= 6MB

What kind of memory is it referring to?

cisco ISR4331/K9 (1RU) processor with 1795999K/6147K bytes of memory.

Processor board ID FLM232010G0

3 Gigabit Ethernet interfaces

32768K bytes of non-volatile configuration memory. => 32MB NVRAM

4194304K bytes of physical memory. => 4GB RAM

3207167K bytes of flash memory at bootflash: => ~=3GB

0K bytes of WebUI ODM Files at webui:.

2) I see in online documentation NVRAM, RAM, ROM and flash memory types are involved in boot proces, but in most documentation, only flash and RAM (DIMM) are found in a router chassis. I know NVRAM can be in a flash partition. Does it happen also with ROM?

Thank you for your help.
