Can Cisco ISR L2/L3 support L2/L3 VLANS.

The 4400 series are layer-3 devices. Not sure if you can add an L2 module to the chassis.

I have worked with any of the 44xx ISRs, but I would assume they would support L2 and L3 much like the other (e.g. 29xx, 39xx) ISRs.
