ISR1100 Dynamic Core Allocation - assign additional core to dataplane

In the video 'All you need to know about ISR Fixed Branch Platforms' there is a mention of 'dynamic core allocation' on the ISR1100 platform.

Starting from IOS-XE 17.6 this would appearantly allow the Service Core to be set up as a Dataplane Core, allowing more throughput then available by default.

I am unable to find any documentation at all about this feature. On which ISR1100 models it is supported, how to set it up etc. Has anyone encountered this/tested it out or simple have a form of  documentation that you're able to share?

Updated slides from Cisco Live 2023 BRKARC-2881. Shows the command to change the service core into a dataplane core. Verbally it was mentioned that this is only supported on the -X models of 1100.
