ISR4331 config save issue

Hello everyone, I have issue while backuping configuration from ISR4331 router from web interface

if I choose HTTP method nothing happens 

if I choose TFTP, SFTP, or FTP there is error

what is the version of code running, 

have you tried manually from cli and see if that works. for the TFTP, SFTP, or FTP there is error  - this confirms there is no far end issue of TFTP ?

Also if you have different route, use right source interface as source to reach tftp need to be con figured.

example :

ip tftp source-interface <PORT or VLAN>
