Hello Together
I need to upgrade an ISR4400 router to Fuji 16.9.3 software version.
What do I do?
With the switches (3650) the command was:
"request platform software packages install..."
So far I have only seen the possibility to change the bootvar:
"boot system flash bootflash:isr4400-universalk9.16.09.03.SPA.bin"
But I would like to see the packages.conf
Thanks for your help.

Hello Ardit,
you need to verify the ROMMON requirements for the target release 16.9.3, you may need to upgrade ROMMON firmware BEFORE you are able to load the new image.
Enable password recovery
There is a recent thread about a colleague that skipped the ROMMON upgrade and had no password recovery set and he was not able to load the new image and not able to go to ROMMON and his router was stucked in a loop.
Hope to help

Did anyone read the Release Notes for 16.9.3?
Is the router going to run NAT? If the router is going to run NAT, is anyone aware of CSCvo36188?
