Issue with cirtix netscaler

Hi ,

I am little confused with this issue.

we use 9300 core switch and multiple 2960 access switches with mpls connection for LAN.

User trying to access citrix netscaler from floor "A" it doesn't work but when the user tries to connect from floor "B" it works.

Same LAN, same routing and same network on both floors , fiber connectivity. 

It doesn't look like user based issue ( ID issue ) only 1 user facing this issue only with citrix netscaler.

any advice ?

Can you provide more Details : (we are consued here too)

1. what is not working ? explain more details. since we dont know your enviroment.

2. how is your network topology connected high level and your device configuration to review

3. what service you hosted on netscalare 

4. what is your LB alogoritham

in addition to Balaji's post:

Does that mean that only 1 user on Floor A cannot connect, and other users on the same floor can ?
