L2VPN in IP Ethernet and Mobile Backup Environment

Hi, I create a resilient infrastructure with FlexVPN (over Mobile and IP Ethernet) that should be able to carry arbitrary L2VPN, L3VPN and PW. What type of L2VPN and what MPLS Label distribution method would be the most versatile yet configurable with DVTI? Any hints are welcome.

It should be IPSec/GRE and MPLS NHRP for DVTI interfaces.
