How will the layer3 vlan information can flow on Layer2 Vlan?

Excuse me, what that would mean?
A VLAN is a layer two concept. Normally you will have one subnet address per VLAN. Then again, a layer 3 switch can do wire speed routing between said VLAN / subnet.

I am talking about Layer2 Vlan and we do not provide subnet for Layer2 Vlan.

Sorry for not proper info.
I've a core switch on which I've configured layer3 Vlan for a particular process.
now I am configuring Layer2 Vlan for the router that connected to core through f/w and i've 2 links(Ethernt) from my Router say R1 are connected to CE1 and CE2 router and configuring MHSRP on CE1 and CE2 for Auto failover.
