team,
I have CAT 9300 set up with ISR 4331. I have it connected via DIY "Diode connection." when I assign vlan 11 with ip 10.10.10.1/ as switch port access vlan 11 to the uplink interface of the 9300, traffic wont pass to 433. when I assign the ip directly to the interface, Mcast passes with no issue. any idea why?
thanks in advance

You face issue with only mcast ?
Or mcast and unicast ?

thanks for replying!
the issue is both.

the issue is that when I assign vlan 11 to the uplink if 9300, the interface does not pass anything, but when I convert it to layer3 with IP of vlan 11, it works fine.

I think it is IOS issue. I am using 17.9.3 now. when I switch to 16, it works fine.
