Licenses for ISR4331

Hello.  i have two routers ISR 4331, and on smart account i have two licenses  ISR_4331_Security

Can i register devices on classic way with call-home, or must wit specific license reservation?

I did not find answer in the document.

From routers . i have got alarm :

%SMART_LIC-4-RESERVE_IN_PROGRESS: None License Reservation process must be completed with the 'license smart reservation install' command. Reservation started on May 26 10:19:54 2020 CET

Just wondering, is there necessary to activate license with SLR, Authorization code ( txt file) or that can be on classic way, with id token from CSSM on prem.

No. you will not get any txt file for License

Smart License mean,you need to connect this device some how (using proxy or open FW rule for Cisco License site with port 443) to register License.
