Hi there,
I need to implement hub-spoke multipoint L2 bridging solution over non-mpls IP only enterprise network. Is there any light VPLs or similar technologies that I can use without implementing full blown MPLS. Is there any way to modify l2tpv3 to make it multi-point to bridge the same VLANs across WAN ?
thanks

hi
you can use l2tpv3 for point to point scenario. In case of point to multipoint , vpls is required because it uses the bgp signalling and the minimum requirement is 7600 with sip and spa card.
