layers 1 and 2 aren't working on this link. you need to troubleshoot those
layers.

If it's a link to a provider it's most likely on their end. You can call and ask them to help troubleshoot. You may want to check your smart jack first. If it's all green, then it's probably the cable from the smart jack to your router. If there are amber or red lights on the smart jack, then it's the carriers issue and you should call them.

Collin and John did provide help but we have not seen you reply with what you did.
Did you contact the provider to see if the circuit is working?
Did you check the smart jack for light indicating a problem?
Did you check the lights on the router to see what they indicate?
Did you check the cable connection to make sure it is correct?
Also make sure the interface is not shutdown?
By what you posted no traffic has passed through that interface since the router was last rebooted.
Post the SHOW RUN and SHOW VER

Hi ,
You might try reverse the two fiber cables (component of the fiber patch) that connects to the SFP module, between them (RX and TX).

Based on this line
GigabitEthernet2/1/0 is down, line protocol is down
The issue starts at Layer 1 the physcial layer. So something physically is wrong. Cable, SPF module, etc.
If it would have said GigabitEthernet2/1/0 is up, line protocol is down
then Layer 1 would have been good and we would look at somthing else like encapsulation and such.
So to find the porblem you need to look at everything physical also make sure the interface is not shutdown and it is configured properly. Also check what the interface is connect to, there could be something wrong on that end as well.

I am not sure what is or is not supported in that. If you have a service contract with that you could open a TAC case.
