Hi,
I have a CE router that is running LISP xTR.
I want to apply qos at the egress interface of the WAN connection to MPLS,
Q1 - QoS - classification and queuing happen before LISP encapsulation or after ?
Q2 - If QoS happens after LISP encapsulation, after LISP encapsulation, i.e, in the RLOC space, will the classification based on the RLOC ip or the EID ip ? My understanding is that it will be based on RLOC ip.
Q3 - If QoS happens after LISP encapsulation, after LISP encapsulation, does the router copy the TOS byte to the new outer IP header ?

Try this: http://lisp.cisco.com/docs/LISP-ACL_AppNote_v11.pdf
Shows the ACL operation depends on the interface on which you apply the command, same for QoS.
