Load Calculations in procent

I newbie question.

Bellow is from a sh int se 0/0/0

How do calculate the rx and tx load in procent "%"?

I am lost. :)

Serial0/0/0 is up, line protocol is up

reliability 255 255 100,00%

txload 9 255 3,53%

rxload 197 255 77,25%
